One of the many services the Methodist Women perform that is truly rewarding is their support of the MERCI Mission Center. The MERCI Mission Center in Goldsboro, NC is an outreach program of the North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church (NCC).

 

Following the devastation of Hurricane Floyd in 1999, NCC made a commitment to help people in need living in Eastern North Carolina.

 

MERCI serves the people of Eastern North Carolina and the world through three focus areas: Disaster Ministries, Mission Support, and Rural Affordable Housing.
